Have you ever had a coffee and wondered, "Is this really coffee?" This is one of those. The strawberry flavor hits you hard. Not just a little bit, but really, really bizarre! Sweet, clean, and delicious.
This is not without reason, because this coffee has undergone a very special fermentation process.
After removing the pulp, the coffee beans are anaerobically fermented with dried strawberries for five days, allowing them to absorb rich, fruity flavors.
The beans are then mechanically dried for ten days to ensure consistent moisture, followed by a five-day stabilisation period.

Born and raised in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia, Brayan Alvear lives and breathes coffee. Raised on a bustling farm in San Adolfo, he learned the secrets of coffee from his father at a young age. Those after-school lessons became his inspiration and led to a big dream: to share the rich flavors of his coffee with the world.
Together with 60 fellow producers, including his family, Brayan produces unique coffees of the highest quality. His “Juicy Strawberry” coffee is a masterpiece of innovation: a blend of Caturra, Castillo and Colombian varieties, fermented with dried strawberries for an unparalleled taste. Thanks to a meticulous process – from fermentation to drying – this coffee shines with notes of strawberry, milk chocolate and a hint of malic acid.
