Rich and balanced in taste. Creamy with a syrupy texture and a spicy undertone. Combined with some subtle fruit flavors of mandarin and melon, this gives a very balanced, powerful coffee. You can't go wrong with this one to make a thick espresso or a full cappuccino.

The story
This newly established farmers' cooperative strives for community development driven entrepreneurship. It encourages female entrepreneurs, youth education and agroforestry.

The coffee cherries are harvested at their ripest moment, skinned the same day and transferred to a washing station where the coffee is fermented under water for 14 days. The coffee is then dried on racks under a closed roof, which ensures the characteristic Indonesian coffee taste.
