The story

Luiz Saldanha and his partners founded Capricornio to revitalize some regions in the southern states of Paraná and São Paolo. Formerly one of the largest coffee-producing regions in the country.

As a result of severe frost and the emergence of the major coffee regions in the north, coffee production stagnated. As a result, many farmers quit. Due to climate change, these regions have suddenly become attractive to farmers again, because high-quality specialty coffees can be grown there.

Nice for filter too

If you are into classical chocolaty, nutty, and sweet coffee taste without bitterness, these beans are for you. I love it when I brew with Hario Switch. Nice, sweet, and intense coffee.

Voor mij zeker een van de beste!

Beste Braziliaanse koffie tot nu toe!

Verschillende bonen uit Brazilië van verschillende leveranciers geprobeerd, maar tot nu toe zijn deze echt de beste! Of het nu precies aan de branding ligt, weet ik niet, maar het smaakprofiel komt bij deze bonen het beste naar voren.

Het is een relatief milde koffie met een hint van kers en chocolade. Een mooie volle crema-laag en heel fijn te drinken als Americano, maar zeker ook als cappuccino.

Voor alle gebruikers van de Sage Barista Express, hier zijn mijn verhoudingen voor de ideale extractie:
