We roast our coffee daily. When you order, you will always receive a fresh batch that is never older than a week.

Yes, we have roasted and composed the Blend No1 in such a way that it is very suitable for both coffees with milk & as a creamy espresso or a nice lungo.

When you order before 3pm we will package your coffee and ship it the same (working) day. This means that you can often make your first cup of coffee the next day.

We work exclusively with specialty coffee that is purchased for fair prices. We pay extra if the quality is superior and if the environment is taken into account.

Specialty coffee is coffee that is grown in specific microclimates, the terroir of this place gives this coffee its unique taste. Coffee with a cupping score between 80 and 100 points may be called specialty. We only start at 84+ points!
