Subscription FAQs
First of all, you choose your favorite coffee that you want to receive monthly. Or let yourself be surprised with the 'roasters choice'.
You then choose the amount of coffee you want to receive every 4 weeks, at least 500 grams per shipment. The more you purchase per shipment, the cheaper the subscription gets.

First shipment not to your liking? Send a message to [email protected] with your desired adjustment and we will simply adjust the next shipment to your preferences.
Of course you don't want to be stuck with anything, neither do we! We just want you to enjoy our coffee. Is this somehow not working anymore? Then you can immediately pause or cancel your subscription.
Sure! You can always let us know how long you are going on holiday and for how long you want to pause your subscription. The fastest way is to send an email to [email protected].
This is also possible! Maybe you need an extra bag of coffee, accessory or maintenance product? Place the order in our webshop, choose 'pick up' so that it is not sent separately and no shipping costs are charged and let us know in the notes (or a separate email) that this order can be added to the next subscription shipment.
500 grams comes in a letterbox package and can therefore be delivered when you are not at home (if you have a normal mailslot...).
Larger quantities are shipped as a DHLForYou or DPD Home package.
PostNL shipments are possible at an additional cost of 1 euro, just like in our webshop for individual orders. Please discuss this as a 'specific wish'.
Subscription deliveries in the municipality of Hoorn are delivered by us on Wednesday afternoon.
Within the municipality of Hoorn we deliver ourselves (Wednesday afternoon between 2 and 5.30 pm), free of charge from € 25 per delivery. If you want a subscription delivery within the municipality, please also send an email to [email protected] so that we can deduct any shipping costs.
The first payment is made via iDEAL, which automatically gives us permission for the direct debit for subsequent deliveries.
