At Zwarte Roes we use the services of DHL / DPD / PostNL for shipping. Within the municipality of Hoorn we deliver the coffee ourselves on Wednesday afternoon for free from €25. Orders can of course always be picked up free of charge by appointment. We roast our coffee to order every Monday. Orders placed before 3 p.m. are, in principle, shipped the same day if available.
For all our accessories we use the same as above.
An exception to the above is if we are absent for a short time due to a coffee trip abroad, shopping or on holiday. If this is the case, this will always be stated on the website or in the confirmation email.
We compensate the shipping costs for customers who order from us. We also strive to ship as efficiently as possible. We therefore ship orders up to 500 grams in a letterbox package in the Netherlands and Belgium.

The order can be canceled up to 14 days after receipt. If the package is then returned to us within 14 days, the full order amount including shipping costs will be refunded. The return costs back to our roastery are for your own account. If you want to make use of the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.
Return exceptionsPlease note - exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies to the following products:
- Products that have already been removed from the packaging, have been used or from which stickers and the like have been removed. Of course, an exception can be made if these products are faulty, then we will offer the product to the supplier for repair and replace it if necessary.
- Products that cannot be returned due to their nature;
- Products that can age quickly (coffee).
