The story

Geleverd vanuit de bakermat van koffie, Jimma, Ethiopië, komt deze uitzonderlijke koffie uit de Galeh-boerderij, waar de koffiebessen langzaam rijpen onder de schaduw van eeuwenoude bomen.

Gidhe bouwde samen met de lokale gemeenschap aan duurzame koffieteelt, en het resultaat is een complexe, florale koffie met hazelnoottonen, afkomstig uit verschillende microklimaten.
