The story

This newly established farmers' cooperative strives for community development driven entrepreneurship. It encourages female entrepreneurs, youth education and agroforestry.

The coffee cherries are harvested at their ripest moment, skinned the same day and transferred to a washing station where the coffee is fermented under water for 14 days. The coffee is then dried on racks under a closed roof, which ensures the characteristic Indonesian coffee taste.

Wat een prachtige koffie. Voor espresso maar ook vooral cappuccino, de koffie smaak blijft vol en smaakvol aanwezig en valt niet weg. Echt een aanrader! Ik heb weer 3kg besteld :)

Heel fijn!

Vrij stevig, maar vriendelijk. Nergens wrang of zurig, maar ook geen standaard bakkie. Ideale smaak, wat mij betreft, zowel als espresso als in een cappuccino. Nog leuker dat het ook goede projecten ondersteunt, maar dat is echt een bonus. Ik zou deze het liefst per karrenvracht inslaan.

Zou super zijn als vast product in het assortiment!
