The story

Luiz Saldanha and his partners founded Capricornio to revitalize some regions in the southern states of Paraná and São Paolo. Formerly one of the largest coffee-producing regions in the country.

As a result of severe frost and the emergence of the major coffee regions in the north, coffee production stagnated. As a result, many farmers quit. Due to climate change, these regions have suddenly become attractive to farmers again, because high-quality specialty coffees can be grown there.

Voor ons is dit de allerlekkerste koffie van Zwarte Roes. Heerlijk zacht en smaakvol.

De lekkerste koffie

Wij maken nog 'oldskool' koffie (met een filterkoffiezetapparaat) en drinken het zonder melk en suiker. Daarom wil ik geen sterke koffie met bijsmaakjes, maar ook geen bakje slootwater. Capricornio is voor ons precies de goede koffie.
