mr. Mansur al Hiykam is an independent coffee farmer part of the Tokuma Group in Limu, Ethiopia. This umbrella organization helps farmers like Mr. Mansur continue to develop their production, processing and exporting of coffee. In this way we try to produce better coffee every year. With no less than 86.75, the coffee from Lot 5 is a real gem.
Cup of Excellence
