Accurate water temperature

Temperature fluctuations in your espresso machine can make or break your cup of coffee. The balance between bitter and sour is achieved by an accurate, constant water temperature. The digital temperature control in combination with two stainless steel boilers ensures that the temperature remains in the ideal range for every cup of coffee.

Een heel klein beetje meer werk aan deze machine dan met een volautomaat van bijv Jura maar wat een kwaliteitsverschil ! Eerste keer ooit dat dat we echte Italiaanse espresso kwaliteit evenaren in onze eigen keuken. Bovendien blijft de koffie buiten het toestel wat de levensduur zeker ten goede zal komen (bij een volautomaat ontkom je uiteindelijk niet aan ofwel de zetgroep te laten ontmantelen (duur) of deze zeer complexe ingreep zelf uit te voeren).
